Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all units. ✅ Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction & retention. ✅ Oversee training and career development initiatives. ✅ Manage payroll, leave, and employee records in compliance with Myanmar labor law. ✅ Drive the performance review process and coach managers on people leadership. ✅ Align HR strategies with company growth and culture-building goals.
