We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead our interior decoration and renovation projects from concept to completion. The ideal candiate will be responsible for managing project timelines,coordinating with clients and internal teams,ensuring quality and delivering results aligned with our brand's reputation and Standard's cultural values. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including timelines,workforce estimation, and material schedules. Team Leadership: Coordinate with site supervisors,designers,admin and procurement teams to execute projects efficiently. Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle. Site Supervision and Reporting : Conduct regular site visits,monitor progress,and prepare daily/weekly project reports Material Coordination: Oversee Procurement and delivery of required materials and ensure timely availability Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations. Budget Management: Monitor Project expenses and stay within the approved budget. Problem Solving: Anticipate project-related risks and respond proactively to challenges. Project Closure: Oversee final delivery,client feedback, and post-completion follow-up if required.
To set out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification. To liaise with the project manager regarding construction programme and assist PM in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project. To check materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. To comply with company policies, procedures and instructions at all times. To report to the project manager daily progress.
Conduct sales meetings with the sale staffs regularly. Conduct weekly, monthly performance reviews for all sale staffs. Train/Supervise/Motivate sale staffs to ensure that optimal levels of customer engagement are met. Effectively meet deadlines, achieve targets and work under pressure. Develop sales strategies and present to BOD. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. Sale analysis and Territory Management in respective area. Efficient in promotion products, ideas and services. Efficient knowledge in Supply Chain Management based on sales analysis. Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise. Promote company's products through presentation and demonstrations. Track the activities of the company's competitors.
