To develop and deliver any of Electrical or transport network or radio access network training programs to employees. To analyze the training needs from organization and make the related training plan. To customize related training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences. To involve in training improvement discussion or projects and contribute ideas to team. To collaborate with department and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions. Develop comprehensive training master plan based on both of TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and organization needs and specific requirements of the organizationto to ensure to achieve organization's goals. Design & develop effective training modules and materials which enhance the improvement of overall business results. Establish and oversee the training budget, ensuring alignment with the departmental budget for effective monitoring and resource allocation. Eonduct training programs utilizing contemporary methodologies and updated teaching aids to enhance the learning experience. Review the effectiveness of training and communicate improvements in trainees' performance to the management through comprehensive reports. Conduct an Orientation Program for newcomers to familiarize them with the organizational culture and ensure a smooth integration into the workplace. Execute ad-hoc tasks and training assignments as requested by the management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to organizational needs. Deliver training programs through both in-person sessions and online learning platforms, through diverse methods such as group discussions, lectures, and multimedia elements such as audios and videos. Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the overall training experience. Willingess to travel within Myanmar regions to conduct the training (up to 50% travel). Work collaboratively with various departments and teams to foster effective communication and synergy in achieving common goals. To report any issues or concerns to the Training Manager for prompt attention and resolution.
Lead and manage a cross-functional team focused on the development and enhancement of MPT4U. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the MPT4U with a focus on specific functionalities. Drive initiatives to improve the user experience within the product, ensuring ease of use and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholderss to integrate services seamlessly. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of MPT4U. Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the product.
To manage whole audit process including reviewing and observing the whole audit operations and activities, interviewing auditee in 1st & 2nd site visits and Improvement visit regarding auditee work process, identifying areas of risk in internal controls and procedures of auditee to reach acceptable level. To assist Team Manager for audit process including reviewing and observing operations and activities, interviewing auditee regarding work process, identifying areas of risk in internal controls and procedures to get effective finding in Audit Report. To Assist Team Manager for final summary audit report regarding fieldwork results for more accuracy of Audit findings in time without errors. Supervise and contribute skill and knowledge for junior staff. For self-management, to achieve continuous knowledge development regarding best practices, tools, techniques and standards. Consolidated findings and report development to create holistic view of internal audit results and recommendation to be input for executives and relevant Auditee for internal control improvement to get in time as per Audit Schedule. To manage process of follow-up audit to ensure that action plans and the required measures have been implemented within time frames. To practice Internal Audit based on the manuals & procedures and to attend departmental trainings without fail to have proficient audit skill. To contribute effective suggestion & support for in-house training improvement by evidence based practice. To assist Head and Dy Head in preparation of documents by using Myanmar fonts for Government reporting.
To implement the security monitoring for JO business servers To manage security monitoring for smooth operation and To investigate alerts for no service outage. To do risk assessment and security survey for business systems that are opened To internet To create lab environment for further analysis and security awareness. To implement network infrastructure and summarized network for IT network systems and To mitigate risks for all systems. To supervise web application testing service on demand , API Abuse checking and analysis security feature.
To analyze fixed traffic (E.g., FTTH, B2B, PSTN) and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend to improve service quality. To enhance the analysis (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and other data) to get the best results. To do the analysis for improving the service quality of existing networks. To follow up the TT information and discuss with related stakeholders. To make traffic and TT analysis report timely. To present traffic and TT analysis report to DGMs, Directors & CTOs accurately. To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments to accomplish the solution of customer feedback. To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, python).
To keep system monitoring such as IT Business system in 24*7 base to detect the stability of the systems in real time by using multiple monitoring tools To prepare and deliver the respective system data reports(8Hourly ,Daily and Weekly) in time to check and analyze KPI results for related vendors and teams To handle the upcoming new system to assist related team's request To update the alarm summarize and daily alarm lists and vendor information to get the latest information about the alarms To communicate and collaborate with the related vendor and team members to resolve the system error issues in time To create the ITSM ticket for any impact alarm to record problem history and to assign the related vendor
Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce the overall credit risk exposures for MPT. Help to prepare various credit reports for presentation to Senior Management Ensure that all internal Credit Policies and Guidelines are adhered to Perform proactive monitoring of MPT's credit exposures at the customer level Review credit assessments and grading performed by junior members of the Credit Risk Management team to ensure sound credit judgement and decision making Conduct training and awareness on Credit Risk Management to ensure MPT-JO members are educated on Credit Risk Management Policies and Guidelines To conduct Vendor and Partner Due Diligence to ensure that only vendors/partners with strong financial credibility and track records. To conduct periodic Vendor Evaluation and update of vital Vendor/Partner information.
