1. To collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative property market data and generate market reports monthly; 2. To regularly update the sold-out rate of key competitors' projects in the market; 3. To search for landowners who are interested in developing residential projects with developers; 4. To assist the Head of Business Development in negotiating JV agreement with landowner and doing investment estimations such as ROI and EBITDA; 5. Market Survey for new location (traffic, demo, average spend) 6. Follow up discussion/negotiation with landlords or developers 7.
