Responsibilities To control and monitoring the Yangon area expense of signage’s in terms of yearly budget plan by checking budget approved record. To control and monitoring the signages’ outlets by Signage’s Master List and Job Order Master list. To be as compatible as possible with signage outlets and taxable outlets. To support outlet segment installation (Perfect store, ALL SKUs brands). To perform other related duties and tasks as assigned and required.
Responsibilities Prepare daily plan (Day Outlets Visit & Night Outlets Visit . ) Fill SFA route every outlet according to JP, collect sales. Report market feedback and competitor information to Senior BM. Direct sales for some outlet (All SKUs and products-cross selling). Prepare main data /Claim. Check daily sales/code date/other A&P items enough stock/FIFO. Finding new market & Penetrate competitor outlets

Coordinate employer branding online and offline to source talented candidates and promote the organization's working culture, career development, and reputation to meet organization trends. To take responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Design, develop and execute ongoing talent strategies including performance management of Confirmation, 6 months and 1-year follow-up for newcomers. To create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics (e.g Dashboard, etc) Ensure the policy, procedure, and forms are updated and aligned with the organization’s midterm plan and goals, and ISO compliance. Analyze and support the data for the related talent management cycle starting from the onboarding to offboarding. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received. Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange meeting rooms daily. Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times. Sorting, delivering, and preparing mail and courier deliveries. Filing and maintaining documents and records.
Outlet maintenance branding & new outlet branding. Area branding & area in charge supporting (eg., A&P delivery, glass change, hygiene, outlet maintenance branding). Outskirts area branding two times per month, collect vouchers, change promotion stock, direct sales, product available, function and creating service support. Outlet promotion activities support. Outlet maintains hygiene, display, stock check, cleaning and especially outlet branding & maintain. Build up the best customer services and corporate with internal & external user.
Responsibilities To control float money & stationary, promotion handling and reporting, A&P received/issued and balance record and staff fund administration. Handling office monthly claim, fuel half month claim and beer claim, signages new and maintenance summary record and SP control & salary payment. To monitor monthly distributors stock received report, bottle chiller and deep freezer received & issued transaction record, monthly journey plan & NOV plan and distributors bank slip informed to finance. Create monthly sales by distributor report & family gratis. To ensured office cleanliness and handle office affairs (social/uniform/name card/visiting card, etc.) Additional duties apart from the above description may be assigned from time to time for job enlargement and training opportunities.
*To execute the production of packed beer according to the planned schedule. *To coordinate the requirement of all materials for packaging. *To ensure that the production of packed beer conforms to specifications. *Ensure that the production of packed beer follows specifications in order to smooth the operation while maintaining the packaging line clean. *To lead the shift members to perform the duties assigned and work on an improvement project.
