Support talent development, succession planning, and skills enhancement within the team. Ensure operational compliance with banking regulations, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards. Key Responsibilities: Support and enhance branch operations through Regional Operation Managers. Review and implement SOPs, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Assist in preparing and reviewing loan contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are clearly mentioned and complete within the timeline. Assist in maintaining templates for various types of loan agreements and update them as necessary. Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documentation required for loan processing, including borrower information, financial information, and collateral information as per the checklist. Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in maintaining accurate records of all required documents physically and digitally. Check disbursal requests to ensure they align with the conditions outlined in the loan agreements. Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Drive strategic growth of digital banking and card (issuing & acquiring) in line with business goals. Define product roadmaps and lead end-to-end lifecycle management. Set performance targets and monitor execution across regions and branches. Collaborate with key departments (Marketing, Legal, IT, Risk, Finance, Credit, Operations) for seamless delivery. Manage high-level partnerships with card schemes, fintechs, vendors, and regulators. Analyze market trends and digital behaviors to inform business decisions. Prepare business proposals, strategies, and reports for senior management. Oversee marketing campaigns and partner programs to boost usage and engagement. Identify and manage key local accounts and global remittance partners. Build strategic alliances with fintechs, payment service providers, and corporate clients. Promote and sell the bank’s products and services to corporate partners. Act as the main relationship manager for key partners, ensuring strong engagement and business growth. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Ops) for smooth onboarding and execution. Lead partnership negotiations, proposals, and contract management. To ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and settlement of financial transactions related to credit card activities. Review and reconcile credit card transactions, comparing data from multiple sources such as bank statements, cards association reports, and internal systems. Check proper pre-authorization, authorization, and settlement of all credit card transactions. Respond to Contact Center and branches’ inquiries concerning Credit Cards. Perform necessary support to Card Operations Department in the absence of other department personnel.
