Responsible for finding potential customers to achieve sales targets & maintaining a good relationship with existing customers. Must be achieve growth and hit Sales Target. Responsible for ensuring that the sales stocks and Sales income money are not damaged and lost in team. Intelligence gathering on both customers & competitors & consistently giving feedback to the Management. Family with GT and Whole Sale Market in Mandaly intown and extown .
- Over 3 years experience in warehouse management and distribution management fields . - Can be handle Daily Warehouse operations. - Strongly in maintain of good issue for daily sale transction. - Can be set up standard of warehouse system. - Hahdle in Warehouse policy and SOP in standards.
- Duty on to the delivery services and support to customers. -Can be transport as Logistic delivery to peoduct way. - Can travel arround Mandalay township - Report to team leader to daily way conditions . - Good customers services to communicate - Responsibilities in duty asign and work with Logistic team .

- Research industry-related topics(combining online sources, interviews ans studies) -Write clear marking copy to promote our products/services -Prepare well-structure draft using Content Management Systems. -Submit work to editors for input and approval - Coordinate with marketting and design team to illuatrstion articles -promote control on social media -Identify customer's need and gaps in our content and recommend new topic -Ensure all around consistency (Style,fonts, image and tone) -Update webite content as needed.
Become a mentor to sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and handle suppliers in the market for long term relationship. Monitor customers and suppliers' preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Represent as company representative in trade association meetings to promote and service. Follow up and monitoring to daily operation, sales and distributor performance (cooperation and etc.) Setting to sales projection and allocation Build new exclusive distributor for distribution network across to nationwide as priority step by for new brand Review and action for result data, team capability, competitor movement, market situation and government policy Propose sales plan, production plan, trade promotion budget and team structure To Overview and deliver to sales objective targets and goal Leading and organize to team for motivation and their ability to get new opportunity To assign by Managements
Plan and oversee the auditing process Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance Perform effective risk and control assessments Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency Coordinate periodical audits
Sells products by maintaining good customer relationship and managing staff. Be able to hit the sales target Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing Plan daily PJP, day trips and monthly trips to the regions and assign to team member Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
