Understand and align with the company’s overall goals, vision and long-term brand strategy. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to identify market potential, define go-to-market strategies, and develop robust distribution plans. Own the full brand lifecycle from strategic planning to execution across all consumer touchpoints. Develop and manage brand equity by ensuring consistent brand positioning, identity, messaging, and tone across campaigns and channels. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adjust brand strategies accordingly. Lead new product development initiatives including concept testing, packaging development, pricing , and launch plans. Design and implement effective consumer and trade marketing programs to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth. Plan and manage ATL, BTL ,and digital campaigns to support product visibility and brand strength. Create annual marketing calendars and oversee timely execution with cross-functional teams (Sales ,R & D, Creative, Finance). Track, analyze , and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions. Provides insights and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI. Utilize data analytics and consumer feedback to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Manage external agencies (creative , media, research ) and internal teams to deliver consistent and high-impact campaigns. Represent the brand at trade shows , exhibitions, and key industry events. Develop and control brand and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Oversee project timelines to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Reporting to Senior /CA and Finance Manager about with finical and inventory data report. AR and AP Accounting data and report prepare and planning. Can be strongly in Taxes with internal and external sector. Planning with Monthly report to senior team members.-Control to Cashier about payments to client and suppliers . To control of inventory or taxes functions or cash flow or finicial function.- Well know in bank transtration accounting . Specially in Taxes or fainicial Accounting .
Achievement for monthly sale target. Responsible for finding potential customers to achieve sales targets & maintaining a good relationship with existing customers & expanding new business by building relationship. Must be achieve growth and hit Sales Target. Analysis sale data to enhance the sale improvement of the company. Responsible for ensuring that the sales stocks and Sales income money are not damaged and lost in team. Intelligence gathering on both customers & competitors & consistently giving feedback to the Management. Must have knowledge about effective promotion & sales campaign, negotiates business with clients. Well known in Yangon whole sale market . Develop experience in sales, ideally with hotel ,restaurant and HORECA channel. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective account management.
