All repair system must be of quality standards and health and safety regulations Sustain the machine and equipment always work and in good condition. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Implement to improve Quality Objectives, SHE and follow 5'S program. Resolving urgent and immediate Tier 3 application problems / requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment in corporate with Technical Support Technicians. Manage the timely rental and contracting of vehicles required for the business, as well as ensure smooth coordination regarding vehicle usage. Calculate the monthly rental fees, overtime, and fuel expenses for the business vehicles. Supervise maintenance and repair activities related to the office building. Manage and supervise security personnel arrangements for the business, including contracting with security service companies. Perform the duties assigned by the manager effectively, based on the business needs.
