Support the organization's goals and objectives. Conduct financial analysis to identify for improvement and provide insights for decision-making. Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, monitor spending, and ensure adherence to financial plans. Forecast future financial performance based on market trends and business objectives. Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of financial statements for external reporting purposes. Implement financial workflows and systems to achieve optimal results Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Implement tax submitting monthly CT, Quarterly and Annual tax return. Revaluation for non-cash and cash items for realized and unrealized gain/los. Keep to follow for maintaining budget, actual and variance for all department approved budget/projection. Report to management for inventory adjustment when occurs discrepancies. Review daily cash performance (fx rate, collection, cash receipt, payment, bank remittance/receipt) onshore and offshore. Maintain multicurrency cash transactions.
Manage own and direct reports to drive sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base Meet with potential dealers and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly Manage month-end and year-end close processes Coordinates external and internal partners to ensure delivery of wholesales customers’ requirements, appointment setting Proactively anticipates and addresses customer and wholesaler need and plans accordingly to ensure client expectations are met every time New Business sales wins to exceed target supported by local cross functional support teams and the Sales Managers Research and collect market relevant data around competitor activity, pricing, client demands, etc.
Manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of company projects Evaluate suitability of third-party suppliers / vendors Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and to required quality Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource (people, materials, time, budget, etc.)availability and allocation by coordinating activities with all stakeholders Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Serve as the main point of escalation for Production issues Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation Work with Finance to ensure proper accounting, costing and billing for project related activities Report to the respective general manager regarding all repairs and maintenance carried out Ensure annual audits done on stock in field Attend to requests / complaints received from the public Coordinate placement or replacement of new stock in the field in terms of HQ guidelines Manage Coordinator with month end functions, i.e., Stock schedules, invoicing, and monthly reports. Manage Stock Control and Administration Performs other duties as assigned.
