Prepare and provide daily cash transaction reports, providing financial updates to the Head of Department. Record the daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts payable & receivable. Monitor and document daily student income and assist in preparing monthly financial statements. Review and verify daily cash transaction reports submitted by the Cashier. Guideline to the cashier by coordinating financial activities. Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Provide courteous and professional customer service to parents and students during school fee collection, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues promptly and effectively.
