Myanmar Information Highway Co., Ltd. or MIH is a joint venture company, between Benchachinda Group of Thailand and local companies, incorporated in 2014 under the law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with objectives to provide broadband internet service and data communication services, initially for corporation and residential condensed areas in Myanmar.

MIH offers premium telecom services (private communication and internet) to businesses via a stable and advanced optical fiber technology. By incorporating its expertise in Thailand (via its sister company; UIH) and the latest in technology, MIH aims to provide a professional service on the most stable telecom platform in Yangon.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute Fiber & Nodes Network Improvement initiatives within the MIH Network. 2. Perform operation nodes maintenance and oversee overall operation maintenance activities. 3. Develop and maintain maintenance shift schedules to ensure continuous network availability. 4. Verify and process maintenance tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues. 5. Review material technical specifications to guarantee compliance with network requirements. 6. Manage maintenance stock inventory and replenishment processes. 7. Prepare purchase requisitions for maintenance-related materials and services. 8. Conduct thorough analyses of contracts pertaining to network maintenance. 9. Supervise the installation of dark fiber and ensure project milestones are met. 10. Collect daily maintenance tickets, compile reports, and provide insights for improvement. 11. Verify FAT documents to ensure equipment and systems meet required standards. 12. Effectively manage subcontractors and oversee their performance.
To perform system and network integration, implementation, configuration, and deployment of network, servers and storage, voice/video communication, and related solutions. To be able to work independently for site survey and must do overtime job if needed. To be able to prepare the survey report for FTTx and VAS Network, that provide useful information and recommendations based on the survey findings. To be available for on-call, remote, and on-site support for end customer. To assist pre-sales and post-sales projects during the POC and demo processes. To provide technical support for maintenance contract and warranty projects. To perform troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and escalate the issue to vendor support team while retain ownership of customer issues until it is completely resolved and accepted by another individual. • Monitoring and maintain the MIH Core Network. • Analyzing and solving the MIH Core Network issue and problems. • Backend testing and service delivery to the customers. • Coordination with partners for project implementation and operational process. • Design and consulting network architecture, service delivery and service provision. • Analyzing and consulting to solve infrastructure network services quality and issue. • Installation and maintenance for transport equipment on network or customer site if needed. • Preparing monthly reports which are related with MIH Core Network and premium customers. • Providing technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to fresh engineers. • Prepare documentation for network infrastructure implementation and proper execution for UAT cases. • Fulfilling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management. • 24/7 Standby and proactive for network incidents. • Role to take fast reaction for the unexpected MIH Core Network issue within SLA.
• Provide or configure the connections for end-to-end user and inform customer • Operate for Network Monitoring, Manage Ticket, and feedback to Customer • Cooperate with other team, subcontractor and Outsource to solve problem • Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen • Install and maintain transport equipment on network or customer sites • Provide network configuration to support network installation team • Ensure testing and service delivery to the customers • Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers

• Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies in the best possible manner and in such a way that the customer or client is completely convinced of making the purchase and are also satisfied with the products and services. • Pursue sales target objectives for assigned territories/field sales associates and conduct long- term sales follow- up to key customers. • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments. • Maintain database with accurate and current customer and prospect information. • Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements • Create and maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status. • Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to marketing. • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To ensure all controls, policies, and procedures (Supplier evaluation, Contract, Handling of payments, Domestic and International Logistics etc.) are followed. To monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets. To respond of direct investigations to verify and resolve shipper complaints. To coordinate and prepare for PO process for assign categories. To monitor and follow-up orders and remind vendors to meet the committed timeline on deliverables. To work with finance team on initial payment, discrepancies, and credit notes as and when required. To participate with the operation team to prepare purchase orders and services contracts in accordance with the Company’s Procurement and Contract Procedures. To ensure new contracts are initiated timely before expiry or extend the existing contracts. To maintain internal records and databases for Vendors, prices, purchase history, invoicing etc. Strong communication and negotiation skill. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
