Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements. Integration: Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and applications. Analyze, design and build solutions with Odoo Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Research and development of odoo related technologies. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality and quality. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes. Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines by writing, reviewing and documenting application code Collaboration: Work closely with the functional team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Upgrades and Migrations: Manage Odoo version upgrades and database migrations. Training: Provide training to end-users and other stakeholders on Odoo functionalities.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. • Primarily responsible to plan, monitor and deliver scooped systems modules and functionality in the software application • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings • Responsible for end to end implementation of medium and large sized projects • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures to reassess and amend scope of work requirement. • Provide consulting services to customers for both pre-sales and after-sales. • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Perform maintenance and minor repairs to community building and facilities including mechanical systems. HVAC systems and generators. Assist with administrative duties related to building maintenance such as preparing operating budgets, building maintenance records and computer systems Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and check the safety and protection of buildings. Coordinate licensed inspections as required and order replacement equipment and supplies

Provide counseling on policies and procedures for HRD Develop training and development programs. Design the HRD activities and plan for CSR activities Assess employee performance and report any gaps between expectations and outputs. Conduct training programs that enhance employees’ skills and improve their abilities to work as a team. Conducting various welfare activities Organize & Participate for HR activities Assist ISO process Arranging for employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Administration of all contract labour, and preparing arrange NDA for all staffs
