Responsible for training requirements as per MJSL business needs including, but not limited to understanding the market situation and customer needs so as to organize, plan and execute training for all key employees to ensure we can continuously maintain No. 1 market position in the E&E business and serve our customers in the best possible way. To organize, plan and execute the Technical Training Schedule to make sure that all new and existing field staffs are receiving the training as per capacity plan every year to have continuous improvement. To analyze training gaps and needs as well as to work to resolve these gaps for MJSL employees To control and oversee the operation of the Training Center and in-house apprenticeship program To lead quarter learning and development meeting with the active participation from all department heads To identify and analyze training needs, prepare training calendar, execute the same to fulfill identified training needs, measure / ensure the effectiveness of trainings. To localize corporate training content; To revise and release technical training documentation; To perform technical OC Master Trainings; To organize reviews and projects meetings with involved internal and external offices (OC's, JSG Technical Training, Corporate Master Trainers); To create training plans with PLMs (NI and EI) according to OC's specific needs; To ensure all employees and subcon have received mandatory and necessary training before allowed to attend to job sites. To align his and team’s efforts in line with business growth strategies To train non-English speaking local trainers in OC to the required level. To create a pool of technical trainers in the department or in the company To ensure to have at least one LMS Administrator at training department to be able to enter/ update/ maintain/ extract all training records in the LMS system To organize technical training for improving competency of field staffs and coordinate with full-time/ part-time technical trainers to arrange technical training To closely follow up the certification process of NI/MOD/EI and regularly review with JSG To coordinate and support field operation team to improve field efficiency, MTBC, SU and CBR6 To be accountable and consolidate Technical Training hours on monthly basis. To coordinate with Group Training Functions to align MJSL’s processes and direction of the training function to be in compliance. To review and adapt Global Training Initiatives to the local OC processes Quality Implement and maintain a well-documented Quality Management System (QMS) covering all major business processes in line with KG guidelines Establish and conduct internal company compliance audit process to achieve ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Ensure procedures and tools are in place to deliver high quality results and minimize the Costs of Poor Quality (COPQ) Facilitate aligned processes with KG and adapting to local OC incorporating the best demonstrated practices
Application development for time and attendance of operations team (new installations and existing installations) including project codes, cost elements, contract details, customer details, product details, etc. Linkage between time & attendance application and GPS tracking Data analysis and reporting
