To record import purchase list and collect ID copy for monthly report to IRD office. To submit personal income tax monthly return after end of the month. To prepare and submit Quarterly Commercial Tax Return as detail attach file. To calculate for the yearly purchase cost and monthly taxable inventory value. To check fixed asset purchase cost and prepare fixed assets register. To calculate cost of sale (carriage inward) expense detail and prepare general ledger. To calculate other income, prepayment and accrued expense and prepare general ledger. To be responsible for any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Do the issues about all office announcement letters. Check and conduct the payroll process for MK, using Payroll software. Handle leave, overtime, medical and other benefits administration. Prepare SSB payment and other company assistance. Monitor and guide for the running of HR Software. Monitoring the effective performance review for annual appraisal for all employees. Prepare and calculate monthly salary for all employees. Monitoring the staff welfare activities and benefits for all employees. Screening the appropriate applications for interview. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Prepare monthly HR report. Explain the company’s rules & regulations to new employees. Supervise and check all outgoing documents. Maintain HR confidential files. Perform others duties assigned by HR Manager. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor law.
