MYANMAR KAIDO COMPANY LIMITED was established in April 1993 by a family of Myanmar nationals. Myanmar Kaido initially commenced its role in the distribution of spare parts for machinery. As we gained experience, we embarked on the importation and distribution of heavy machinery, equipment, attachments, and related spare parts. Presently, we are representing as Authorized Distributors for a total of 21 manufacturers and suppliers. Our main trading partners are mostly from Japan and the others are from Korea, US, Europe & China. In keeping close touch with our customer’s growing demands and needs, Myanmar Kaido imports a wide variety of world-class heavy machinery from renowned manufacturers.

To calculate taxable sales revenue and prepare for the monthly commercial tax payment. To calculate the 5% CT provision amount, CT exempted sales data entry in MIT system. To record import purchase list and collect ID copy for monthly report to IRD office. To submit personal income tax monthly return after end of the month. To prepare and submit Quarterly Commercial Tax Return as detail attach file. To calculate for the yearly purchase cost and monthly taxable inventory value. To check fixed asset purchase cost and prepare fixed assets register. To calculate cost of sale (carriage inward) expense detail and prepare general ledger. Monitoring the effective performance review for annual appraisal for all employees. Prepare and calculate monthly salary for all employees. Monitoring the staff welfare activities and benefits for all employees. Screening the appropriate applications for interview. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Prepare monthly HR report. Explain the company’s rules & regulations to new employees. Supervise and check all outgoing documents. Maintain HR confidential files. Perform others duties assigned by HR Manager. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor law.
