MAMEE-Double Decker has set up manufacturing facilities in Myanmar since 1997.

Organize the maintenance team and resources to meet specified operations goals. Formulate improvement programs and implement monitoring and controls for the maintenance functions. Plan, prioritize, and manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. Establish maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of factory equipment. Analyze causes of downtime, implement improvements focused on the elimination of repetitive failures and report regularly with the management. Meet regularly with relevant departments to discuss issues, solutions and plans. Collaborate with other leaders/managers to share best practices towards operational excellence. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol. Inspect the machines on a weekly basis to ensure it is functioning properly and safely; work with the maintenance staff to ensure any equipment issues are immediately attended to and effectively solved. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations Obtain, analyses and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement Identify and assess areas of significant business & financial risk and reduce all risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls. Maintain open communication with management and other departments Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum Preaudit for every payment voucher Perform physical stock count & cash count at every month end Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management. Prepare Monthly A&P Expense report, maintain summary of monthly accrual ATL A&P Expense and prepare monthly details A&P expense for Costing department Maintain updated raw materials quotation price for Costing department Prepare Foreign Materials Purchase Order Balance report to R&D department Perform ad-hoc duties delegated from Management by time to time

Take immediate action for any process deviation. •Monitor hourly wastage, operating condition, downtime and efficiency. •Monitor quality of products at each process and ensure products confirm to customer's requirements. •Control wastage, machine downtime and monitor cost of production to achieve an effective and efficient production system. Ensure planned yield is achieved. •Analyse cause of weight variance, wastage product deficiency, machine downtime and all other problems that cause the inefficient production performance. •Ensure production start time and end time is according to schedule. •Ensure production target and efficiency is met wrapper wastage, WIP and machine downtime is below the control limit and no unnecessary wastage of resources occur. Proper recording and tracking of goods delivered to store. •Initiate and implement system of improvement to production and process control. •Ensure cleanliness, tidiness hygiene of production areas, products and safe operation. •Organise and report Sunday activities. Develop and operationalize annual brand plans for the brand assigned leading excellent cross functional execution. Deliver on KPIs relating to brand health and equity, for the purpose of driving sales growth and brands’ share targets. Identifies consumer insight, competitor movement, price guidelines, and relevant consumer promotions in close coordination with Sales, Distributor & Marketing Manager to execute a brand and channel development strategy. Drive an Integrated Marketing Communication Plan for the Brand and develop relevant materials in line with the Brand Vision and guideline set for multi-channel use. Work together with marketing manager to progress innovation projects cross-functionally in line with the overall Brand ambition. Brand budget planning, monitoring, and management Manage key relations with ATL, Digital, and Event agencies, Coach and develop the team. Work together with a project team in executing on production tasks on NPD, EPE, relevant campaigns, including creating campaigns, brainstorming ideas, and final concepts, implementing campaigns, and adjusting marketing plans based upon the campaign successes. Oversee projects from start to finish, and able to provide guidance, instructions, and correction as necessary. Manage all event marketing programs, including development, promotion, execution and post analysis. Measures and analyse brand activation efforts and create/maintain post analysis reports of major activation programs. Monitor competitive brand activity as well as trends in brand activation, integrated marketing in general market and bring new ideas to the table & lead from planning, execution till the performance tracking. Agency Management in overall executions of the activation, campaign, and events. Deliver report on monthly basis (upon requirement on weekly basis) to Marketing Manager for the tasked assigned on brand developments & execution on trade both MT & GT. Other duties may be assigned.

Monitoring ATL/BTL Task Management with third parties Plan with MT Team to work out the effective sampling & branding strategy on monthly basic. Initiate activities for improving brand performance & health. Establish & work together with superiors on NPD/EPE for local & import project with innovative ideas. Lead and manage Marketing Staff & Sampling Teams for regional market activation & events. Collect market trend and competitor’s information to generate potential penetration & reach targeted industries for sales potential. Organize, oversee and monitor progress of advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. Lead in sourcing suppliers for Marketing Assets to optimize the spending & manage suppliers. Support the superiors in delivering agreed activities with impactful results. Organize and attend Marketing Events. Provide general marketing supports to Superiors. Overseeing the repost given by activation team & execute the summary of weekly and monthly reports.
