Analyze causes of downtime, implement improvements focused on the elimination of repetitive failures and report regularly with the management. Meet regularly with relevant departments to discuss issues, solutions and plans. Collaborate with other leaders/managers to share best practices towards operational excellence. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol. Inspect the machines on a weekly basis to ensure it is functioning properly and safely; work with the maintenance staff to ensure any equipment issues are immediately attended to and effectively solved. Develop and operationalize annual brand plans for the brand assigned leading excellent cross functional execution. Deliver on KPIs relating to brand health and equity, for the purpose of driving sales growth and brands’ share targets. Identifies consumer insight, competitor movement, price guidelines, and relevant consumer promotions in close coordination with Sales, Distributor & Marketing Manager to execute a brand and channel development strategy. Drive an Integrated Marketing Communication Plan for the Brand and develop relevant materials in line with the Brand Vision and guideline set for multi-channel use. Work together with marketing manager to progress innovation projects cross-functionally in line with the overall Brand ambition. Brand budget planning, monitoring, and management Manage key relations with ATL, Digital, and Event agencies, Coach and develop the team. Work together with a project team in executing on production tasks on NPD, EPE, relevant campaigns, including creating campaigns, brainstorming ideas, and final concepts, implementing campaigns, and adjusting marketing plans based upon the campaign successes. Oversee projects from start to finish, and able to provide guidance, instructions, and correction as necessary. Manage all event marketing programs, including development, promotion, execution and post analysis. Measures and analyse brand activation efforts and create/maintain post analysis reports of major activation programs. Monitor competitive brand activity as well as trends in brand activation, integrated marketing in general market and bring new ideas to the table & lead from planning, execution till the performance tracking.
