Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans. Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee. Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum. Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing new hire paperwork. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms. Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork. Prepares new employee files. Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. Performs other duties as assigned. Prepares the documents for SSB & Income Tax. Prepares the new ID card and Uniform.
