The customers can also make payments for other taxations and public utilities such as paying water meter bills, refilling Canal+ (TV channels), etc. Moreover, NearMe customers can also purchase flight tickets, bus tickets,
and over 40+ other products through NearMe by choosing the 123 service in NearMe application and confirm their purchase by paying in cash at the nearest convenience stores or other NearMe partners.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and SME sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings. Develop and present customized fintech solutions to meet client requirements. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports in coordination with management. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business forums. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely pipeline updates.
Handle day-to-day operational deposit funds and check the bank statements for reconciliation by daily basis. Complete all deposit transactions in time and prepare the report accurately before the cutoff timeline. Check daily COD report and digital wallet report to match and find the discrepancies to share with operations. Check all cash and bank accounts of companies including the digital wallets and Merchants transactions. Managing the stations’ petty cash advances and claims with the supporting documents. Prepare the petty cash report with account code for SAP and share with accounting team. Assisting with banking documentation processes for opening and closing for the bank account, ibanking, and other bank related matters. Assisting with the month-end process if necessary, including the cash & bank reconciliation. Coordinating with team members to complete assigned any tasks within deadlines Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as requested by management.
Customer Support Management Lead support team across hotline, Viber, Facebook, and other channels. Ensure timely, accurate responses, SLA compliance, and ticket resolution. Train, mentor, and monitor team performance; drive service improvements. After-Sales Service Leadership Oversee delivery of after-sales services, including complaints, adjustments, and customer support. Supervise staff in handling customer needs across all channels. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement process improvements. Inventory & Procurement Oversight Manage e-stock records, SIM usage, and replenishment planning. Develop procurement plans; maintain supplier relationships (e.g., DDR/Teco). Resolve discrepancies and ensure uninterrupted inventory flow. Monitor daily recharge transactions; forecast stock needs. Verify recharge bank transfers and update data in the Get portal. Maintain records for reporting; resolve recharge-related complaints. POS Device Operations Supervise POS device tracking, setup, repair, and distribution. Conduct stock checks; coordinate with 3PL for delivery and collection. Resolve POS complaints through ticketing systems and after-sales support.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform Strong in coding and methodologies with Proof of work (e.g. github contributions) & have published one or more Android apps in the app store (should be able to demo the App) Develop and maintain various system integrations which include application to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs Ability to design mobile code and implement both functional and non-functional requirements Expertise in Modern Mobile Architecture as well as software design patterns to ensure the productivity, maintainability and scalability Experienced in Mobile Native UI, Realm, Networking, Persistency, Multithreading, performance, push notifications, concurrency, Java for Android, and Security Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in a full-stack development tools and technologies and partner with Product/Business teams
