*Prepare Daily schedule & Daily Reporting to Management Team. *Plan Weekly schedule in terms of material & labor planning. *Prepare the wokrsite to be ready for excution with the respect of approval, cleanrance,permission in daily document sbumission. * To requisition the subcontractors, materials and machine equipment. *Prepare weekly report, monthly report and urgent report for the respective project manager. *Always be accountable for quality control and workplace safety compliance. *Perform smooth Coordination and interfacing with relevant team and the like etc..... *Always deal with client and his representatives with positive way to complete the project flawlessly. *Be responsible for the project to be finished in time, acceptable quality, safety compliance, acceptable/ economical expense & well customer satisfaction. *Be pro-active and intiative to drive the workforce teams for better progress results. *Prepare site status & progress reports and keeps an accurate record. *Prepare preliminary engineering design cost estimates and other information for management and project review. *Conduct handling over inspection & record handover defect. *Be responsible to run the project with ownership mind-set to adapt and change the plan or teams to suit the situation for better progress.

Position Summary The Human Resource and Admin Executive will liaise regularly with the managing director, board of directors and the employees on the assigned tasks and HR and Admin related matters. The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for the maintenance of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the company’s goals which includes ensuring compliance with human resources policies, procedures, and controls. HR Responsibilities Manages HR operations ensuring compliance with Neo Wave company’s HR rules and regulations. Leads/coordinates the entire employment cycle, including the recruitment process, finalization of job descriptions, advertisement of vacancies, reviews and sourcing of applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews alongside with the management team, checking candidate references and collecting new hire documents. Align with the management team to understand skills and requirements for HR planning, forecasting of manpower requirement, staffing align with required competencies staff by right time. Responsible for the onboarding and orientation of newly employed staff. Responsible for staying up to date on local labor laws and effectively managing changes within the project to ensure HR compliance. Coordinates the performance evaluation process on a quarterly basis. Responsible for coordinating staff training and establishing staff development plans based on staff appraisals and evaluations. Responsible for updating staff personnel files and company’s documents, including licenses, employment agreements, amendments, attendances, calendar holidays, and leaves. Ensure individual employees fill in and submit attendance and leave records on time and reconcile with the attachments. To provide the relevant information to all the employees for the awareness of company's vision, mission and objective. To execute the effective action for loss, destroy and damage of company's assets and sharing out of the company’s information To provide for employee SSB saving and benefit by right time. To evaluate and direct report to MD and board members for OKR/KPI reviews. Perform other duties as assigned by the managing directors and board members. Administration Responsibilities Manages administrative operations ensuring compliance with Neo Wave company’s rules and regulations. To provide the standard operation procedure (SOP) for using the company’s fixed assets. To develop the fire safety plan and security procedure for office, site locations and factory. To provide for the natural disaster preparedness and emergency management plan. To provide the maintenance procedure for water supply, electrical supply, internet and fixed assets. To discuss and negotiate with relevant governmental agencies and officials for license renewals and permits. To train the procedures to the staffs for internal documentation process and management reporting system. To provide the expenditure claim process for purchasing the fixed assets, petrol, stationaries and such. To manage the accrued expense for the monthly bills of the company. To record the minutes of the meetings with action plan for the meetings with senior management team. Responsible to supervise the scope of admin matters with relevant responsible person for the factory and project locations.
