Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review. Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure proper classification of transactions. 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversee billing, collections, and payments to suppliers. Monitor and manage customer credit limits and outstanding balances. Review and approve purchase orders and payment vouchers. 3. Budgeting & Cost Control Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts. Support cost analysis for production, logistics, and other business operations. 4. Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations. Manage bank transactions, deposits, and reconciliations. 5. Team Supervision & Training Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting processes.
Sales Management Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned modern trade accounts. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet objectives. Negotiate shelf space, promotional displays, and product listings with buyers. Ensure 100% product availability, correct pricing, and on-time delivery to stores. Account & Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with category managers, purchasing teams, and store managers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment. Marketing & Merchandising Plan and implement in-store promotions, product sampling, and brand activation activities. Ensure planogram compliance and attractive product display in stores. Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and pricing trends. Data Analysis & Reporting Track sales data, stock levels, and market share in modern trade channels. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management. Provide market insights for new product launches and promotional campaigns. Team Supervision Lead and guide promoters, merchandisers, and in-store marketing staff. Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution quality.
