Develop and implement annual work plans, budget plans and timelines in collaboration with respective HODs based on project deliverables, aligning with overall company objectives. Lead the organization of strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment of all key business functions with the organizational strategy. Support the CEO in developing and refining company strategies Liaise and coordinate with various functions to acquire information for monthly reports, analysis, and updates on financial performance and market information. Develop a deep understanding of the existing business, including products/services, customers, competitors, the overall market, and trends, through thorough research and analysis. Setting format review and analyze industry reports to benchmark performance and identify comparative results. Check and consolidate regular market updates from internal stakeholders and web sources. Track performance, identify variances from the plan, analyze root causes, and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant departments. Present performance finding and mitigation plans to management. Update and check regular reports with information gathered from all internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Monitoring and evaluation duties for every department with plan and actual. Support cross-functional projects as necessary, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. Organize and safeguard corporate planning materials and documents.
Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging trends, total addressable markets, and the competitive landscape with the global agricultural sector. Monitor and model the impact of political, economic, social, technological, and regulatory factors on business operations and strategic opportunities. Synthesize data from diverse sources into a clear, ongoing assessment of market dynamics and potential disruptions. Develop and maintain proprietary, multi-scenario financial and demand forecast models to evaluate new market entry, product expansion, and long-term growth initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations on resources allocation, investment priorities, and strategic direction based on quantitative analysis. Deliver comprehensive business cases, complete with risk analysis, and projected ROI, to support the Corporate Planning Manager in presenting options to executive leadership. Serve as the key analytics partner to the Corporate Planning Manager, ensuring all market intelligence and forecasts are seamlessly integrated to the long-range plan. Translate strategic forecasts into precise, actionable insights for production planning, capacity management, and inventory optimization. Collaborate with the Corporate Business Planning Manager to develop data-backed strategies for product mix, launch timing and supply chain logistics.
