1. Warehouse Operations Management o Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. o Ensure all products are stored properly and safely in designated areas. o Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards throughout the warehouse. 2. Inventory Control o Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in the system. o Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. o Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to manage stock replenishment. 3. Team Leadership o Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets. o Assign work schedules and monitor staff productivity. o Promote teamwork, safety, and discipline within the warehouse. 4. Process Improvement o Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities. o Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 5. Reporting & Compliance o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports. o Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
