Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty through strategic partnerships and alliances. Identify potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements that align with our brand values and objectives, leveraging partnerships to enhance our loyalty program offerings. Manage all aspects of the partnership loyalty program, including program design, implementation, and ongoing optimization to maximize customer retention and lifetime value. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to drive program enrollment, engagement, and sales. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and use insights to optimize program strategies and tactics for maximum impact. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. Job Summary Responsible for managing activities that are part of the delivery of good and services, to specified levels of time, budget and quality. Direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, planning, unroll, performance improvement and operations strategy. Responsibilities: Operate in a professional manner in accordance with the Ninja Quality Management System, the main responsibilities are following, but not limited to: Lead team to achieve short- and long-term goals and objectives, support our field logistics operations and drive continuous improvement of current operations strategy and utilization of resources and assets. Root cause analysis and problem solving for both tactical response and strategic initiatives. Collaborating on the design, development, and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses. Participate and support the special project in perception of operations. Plan manpower and resources for demands or workloads targeted and emerged. Monitor, follow up and take corrective, decisive actions proactively for issues occurred within units and parties. Liaise with BD and admin for new stations added to NVM’s network. Motivate and develop group employees through leadership and example, identifying and agreeing learning and development needs as required. Implement change and contribute in cross-functional initiatives within operations site.
