The Program Assistant's purpose is to observe, monitor, and support micro-businesses to become resilient, growth-oriented businesses capable of thriving in their respective markets. Responsibilities The Program Assistant collects data on businesses, asks coaching questions for operational improvement, understanding individual business contexts, navigates market constraints, and reports business performance to management. Coaching site visits to businesses Data collection and entry Lead peer group meetings Phone calling and scheduling Teaching and facilitating Support to other special projects PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARY
