Brand Development & R&D Develop product labeling, packaging, and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with product development team on research for brand development and product innovation. Organize consumer and market research to derive actionable insights and market trends to support developing own brands. Collaborate with internal and external teams on product development and branding strategies. POSM, Packaging & Visual Marketing Supervise the design and production of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), packaging, and in-store displays. Collaborate with internal designers to ensure materials align with the overall brand concept and strategy. Develop and implement in-store visibility and merchandising strategies. Design and implement effective GTM strategies for product launches and category expansions. Along with GTM plans with consumer insights, sales objectives, and trade requirements. Financial & Performance Management Responsible for full P&L for the designated brands. Monitor the brand and sku performance on daily basic, monthly basic vs. targets; identify risks and opportunities. Work closely with finance, trade marketing team, sales teams and other functional teams to drive profitable growth.
