Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and follow up on sales opportunities Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and service Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies with many consignees Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and set up promotions, campaigns, and events (e.g., pop-up stores, trade fairs, school events) Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using company systems (Excel, CRM, etc.) Travel to different locations (when required) for sales activities, market research, or promotional events Carry out door-to-door sales activities Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment Travel to Mandalay, Naypyitaw, Pathein, and other regions (when required) to conduct market research and manage pop-up store sales promotions Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday+ Saturday half day) Pop Up Events - Saturdays and Sundays Office Off day - Saturday Half Day + Sunday + Public Holidays (replacement off days will be given for pop up events days)
