Cash Handling, Cash book updating in Excel and apply cash/bank in the system with a timely manner To send AR Invoicing, Invoice to Customer & Cash Collection To submit Weekly Cash Report For Cash Deposit to Bank by Customer To check online bank transaction every hour To check and confirm with Customer Service for Booking number, Customer Name, BL number, Container Number, etc… To update in SQL and prepare “Receipt Voucher " To change PDF file for this receipt voucher and send back to Customer via email To arrange the Payment for Approved invoice for supplier cash payment and internal cash payment Additional tasks as assigned by Manager
Meeting or exceeding Sales Target set Collecting customer feedback and update to Management Visiting potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness Building relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner Utilizing telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales Finding & developing qualified leads and convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers Keeping the sales pipeline full with deals at various types and stages, including fresh/new (qualified) leads/introductions
Responsible as a center point for nominated overseas network agents to handle shipments To receive queries (RFQ) from customers and overseas agents To check with internal Network Team for new Network agents To send quotations to customers and overseas agents To inform booking to nominated agents for approval, accept booking and monitor HBL/MBL process To check cargo making it ready for shippers and monitor sailing schedules To follow up necessary VGM cut-off, booking cut-off, shipping instructions and to inform pre-alerts to overseas agents To follow the detailed SOP and system handling based on the assigned account To create job in overseas agent system (if any) To handle billing and job file closing processes
To achieve or exceed monthly sales target set To mentor, coach and counsel team members to produce the targeted result of Sales Team to ensure the delivery of customer satisfaction To ensure market updates and department updates are well communicated to each team member from time to time To identify issues that are recurring for improvement and to identify processes that could increase the productivity of the team and to improve the level of customers' satisfaction To report on monthly basis the operational cost of the team as compared to the budget To monitor the progress of ‘continuous improvement’ projects and to establish new milestones and action plan with the team To lead the team by example living the Group Values To help team members to identify solutions to day-to-day problems or develop solutions to manage recurring challenges To mediate disputes or issues that might disrupt the cohesiveness of the team To produce the monthly reports to meet the timeline set by Management, Managing the internal and external customers’ expectation
