Perform as a Team Member for Incident investigation and reporting. Play a leading role in The Platform Emergency Response Team Leader Participate in HAZOP & HAZID reviews as and when required assisting with the close out of any actions. Coordinate with Lead Offshore Safety Officer to support and coach the Platform Workforce in HSSE leadership and safe practices for high-risk activities. Conduct daily worksite monitoring and conduct HSE Audit, PTW compliance audit. Identify and report on impediments to the continuous improvement of HSSE performance on the Platform. Assist with the review of procedures and guidelines in line with the Project philosophy documents. Coordinate with Lead Offshore Safety Officer to address Emergency Response / Permit To Work / LOTO / Hazard Reporting / Process System Contaminant Hazards / Waste Management / Chemical Handling / Laboratory Safety /Job Safety Analysis / Fire System / Portable Gas Detection / Ex’ Hazardous Area Awareness / Hose & Coupling Safety, SIMOPS / HAZOP, etc. Cooperate with both O&M and Project Team on safety related issues pertaining to SIMOPS. Ensure the O&M and Project team are in Compliance with Site Safety and PPE requirements when on site Ensure that all ERP equipment and guidelines are in place and fully understood. Assist to Lead Offshore Safety Officer for inspection and maintenance of LSA & FFE as per SAP schedule. Awareness of Human factors, including the effects of Environmental conditions & potential effects of SIMOPS on the facility. Assist Lead Safety Officer in verification close out items under pending CAR and UCUA. Conduct Safety Induction to all arrival crew, vendors, contractors and visitors ensuring that each individual fully understands their responsibilities in the event of an Emergency situation. Maintain and Update all of the Station Safety Bills & other Safety Notices and bulletins. Ensure Safety Equipment on the Platform remains in compliance and is ready for immediate use. Facilitate & Participate in all HITRA & Toolbox Talks as and when required. Implementation of recommendations via GW CAR System from various safety studies, Operation HSE Case, periodic audit (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and External Audit) reports, incident investigation reports and management review and other. Assist Lead Safety Officer in organizing emergency response readiness and team preparation are tested, drill and reported regularly. Conduct PTW PA training and monitor assessment to non-regular project crew as and when requested. Ensure that all work conducted on the facility will be done so in a safe manner, utilising all safety equipment & PPE necessary to complete the specific work. Perform additional safety related administrative and field tasks when time permits, as requested. Organize quarterly health and hygiene inspection at Yangon Office and coordinate with building management for emergency drill and exercise. Assist Lead Safety Officer in review and update items under SHP Section in the Weekly HSE Report to Yangon HSE.
