Ensure full compliance with all Operational and Maintenance procedures for integrity management on offshore & onshore facilities. Lead and coordinate risk-based inspection (RBI) programs for static equipment, piping, and structures in line with company strategies. Develop, implement, and update integrity strategies for pressure systems and structural components, ensuring safe and reliable operations. Plan, prioritize, and execute regular integrity inspection campaigns (VI, NDT, UT, RT, MPI, EC, pigging/ILI, IRIS, RFT). Define scope of work for integrity-related repairs (welding, composite wrapping, clamp installation, corrosion monitoring, coating/lining, GRE piping, etc.); develop cost-effective plans that minimize downtime and improve asset reliability. Prepare and review inspection and repair work packs, method statements, and acceptance criteria to ensure compliance with standards and codes. Review and approve contractor inspection procedures, NDE techniques, and inspection personnel qualifications. Review contractor proposals, participate in technical clarifications and bid evaluations, and support contract strategy for fabric maintenance. Supervise and quality-assure site execution by contractors; verify qualifications/certifications of applicators and inspectors; witness hold points and sign-off work packs. Coordinate safely with Operations, Maintenance, HSE and Marine teams for access (scaffolding/rope-access), SIMOPS, permits, and isolation, champion hazard identification and safe work practices. Perform Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments, remaining life evaluations, and provide recommendations for repair, replacement, or mitigation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CMMS (SAP) and Integrity Systems (e.g., Veracity) including inspection data, reports, photos, and certificates; ensure timely work order creation, close-out and evidence filing (reports, photos, test results). Track budgets, forecasts and progress KPIs for corrosion programs; prepare monthly status reports and annual work plans. Support offshore and vendor audits; ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Travel offshore and, when required, domestically/overseas for surveys, supervision, or vendor meetings. Comply with Company Code of Ethics and all policies and procedures.
Assist with planning and implementation of all Maintenance activities related to the Turbine Generators and Gas Compressor Packages. Operation of both Turbine driven Generators and Compressors in conjunction with Operations personnel to establish a safe & efficient mode of Operations within the OEM's design envelope. Conduct regular performance analysis of the Turbo-Machinery to evaluate operational reliability in conjunction with the Platform AMS system. Responsible with maximizing availability of all Turbo-Machinery equipment and thus ensuring security of gas production, understanding that the direction of all routine maintenance activities shall be in line with Company operating policies and procedures and shall ensure compliance with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirements. Review and rationalize Preventative Maintenance procedures, evaluate and optimize maintenance routines along with other onboard Operational personnel and onshore support staff. Ability to Communicate with OEM's Engineering Specialists when required to evaluate or resolve extraordinary issues or equipment concerns. Report directly to the Turbo Lead on a daily basis for planned & unplanned equipment outages. Assist in maintaining the Spares Inventory in cooperation with the Maintenance Supervisor and Onshore Engineering Support team to ensure all critical consumables are available in stock to support maintenance routines. Liaise with Production team to facilitate outages or downtime of Gas Compressor Packages with minimal interruptions to production. Compile an in-depth & detailed handover for back to back on Monthly rotation. Participate in investigations of incidents related to Turbo-Machinery equipment on the facility. Responsible for performing the routine maintenance regime of all onboard Turbo-Machinery equipment, and ancillary systems within safety and budgetary constraints. Coordinate safe and efficient execution of planned maintenance activities in close coordination with onshore maintenance group & platform maintenance and production supervisors. Assist with the safe and effective execution of necessary replacements and repairs to restore critical equipment in the event of failure or malfunction. Provide technical advice and support for equipment repairs. Ensure follow up on spare parts to optimize their usage and restore equipment back to service. Ensure that OEM recommended Maintenance Practices are closely adhered to, for compliance with requirements. Ensure that all work is carried out safely done, utilizing all safety equipment & PPE necessary to complete the specific work in compliance with safety procedures. Carryout Permit to Work (PTW) tasks as Performing Authority for The Turbo-Machinery designated area and attend Toolbox Talks / Job Safety Analysis and Task Risk Assessments as required. Understand and utilize the Lock Out/ Tag Out system to safely complete specific work. Assume the role of "Emergency Response Team Member" (as designated) in the event of a emergency situation and emergency exercises / drills.
Ensure that all mechanical equipment is maintained in a fully operational mode available to Operations. Ensure that all Safety Critical devices are complying as per Statutory Regulations. Report any failures of equipment to Mechanical Lead Tech or Supervisor and cooperate with the maintenance team in resolving those issues. Assists the Mechanical Supervisor with evaluation of equipment performance when requested. Ability to identify & prepare spares orders with reference to parts manuals and technical drawings. Collect Sample Data from running machinery for equipment performance analysis. Mentor and coach the assigned National Staff with regards to their On-the-Job Training. Cooperate with Equipment Vendors & OEM Specialists to facilitate their manpower and material requirements, when onboard SHP. Work in compliance with statutory Health and Safety Procedures and the Permit-to-Work system. Ensure that all work conducted will be done in a safe manner, utilizing all safety equipment & PPE necessary to complete the specific tasks within the Permit to Work system. Understand and perform your role in Emergency Response to an emergency situation & in emergency exercises / drill. Understand and utilize the Lock Out/ Tag Out system to safely complete specific work. Collaborate with Lead technicians to ensure that all mechanical equipment is maintained operational and available for use. Work independently on relevant assigned tasks and recognize your own limitations and acknowledge when assistance is required. Proactively seek knowledge, experience and training to improve knowledge and capabilities and work through the Company Technicians Competency assessment system. Cooperation with other technical disciplines to ensure timely restoration of equipment & plant to available status. Collection of accurate data from running machinery for Equipment performance analysis. Interface with the Operations team, providing maintenance support for Process, Utility Plant and equipment. When Contractor and Vendor representatives are tasked with specific maintenance and/or inspection scopes on SHP, actively seek knowledge transfer and observe and learn, asking pertinent questions as appropriate. Provide assistance to the Turbo Lead and Technician if so, assigned by Mechanical Lead or Supervisor. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with the PTW system. Participate in Toolbox Safety Talks, Task Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis etc. as required.
