Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the generator and car spare parts industry. Lead the development of new products and enhancements to existing products based on market insights, customer feedback, and technological advancements. Evaluate all new potential customers throughout the country with standard approaching techniques. Need to hunt all projects concerned with product nature. Strong communication and effective dealing skills with suppliers, manufactures, dealers and retail shops. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and feasibility analysis to prototype development, testing, and commercialization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company goals and objectives. Manage the research and development budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize innovation and productivity. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all products developed by the R&D team. Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to product safety, emissions, and environmental sustainability, ensuring all products comply with relevant requirements. Evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes that could enhance product performance, reduce costs, or streamline manufacturing processes.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and dining; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances. Implement the organization's objectives, policies and programs and set standards and targets. Manage the organization's utilization of resources, including personnel, technology and physical assets such as buildings, vehicles, equipment. Allocate funds to implement policies and programs. Reporting process work done and activities to GM / MD as weekly / monthly basis.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email. Provide customers with basic information about services and direct complex inquiries to the Service Administrator. Communicate schedules and instructions to service technicians as directed. Monitor service job statuses and provide updates to customers and internal teams. Assist in preparing and processing service orders, invoices, and other documentation. Help maintain accurate service records, including customer information and service history. Ensure proper documentation of all servicerelated activities. Assist in coordinating with the sales and finance departments to facilitate smooth service operations. Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Liaise with external auditor and internal audit committee to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and optimize returns. Monitor banking relationships and negotiate terms to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Develop and implement cash management strategies to mitigate financial risks. Oversee tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize incentives. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities as needed. Identify and assess financial risks facing the company and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
