Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that aligned with Marketing strategies and covers sales, revenue, and expense controls Develop and execute creative and strategic plans to achieve sales targets Create and communicate sales goals and ensure on the progress of those goals Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals Monitor and Focus on sales accounts and tactical budgets Meeting/training for the planned sales goals with teams and ensure to achieve Setting individual sales targets with the sales teams Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to HOD and management Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and act accordingly Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products Coordinate the marketing plans and promotional materials, such as brochures and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales Ensure selling wine products to restaurants, bars, hotels, liquor stores, or other venues where alcohol and wine is served Establishing relationships with potential clients and train staff to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products Interacting with VIP customers to answer questions about product features, benefits, and tastes Maintaining product knowledge through continuing education classes or seminars provided by the company or sponsorship Developing relationships with the factory to ensure an adequate supply of wines in store inventory Preparing bids for new business opportunities, including identifying target markets, analyzing competition, and estimating sales potential Applying knowledge of wine production techniques to select wines that meet the client’s needs Attending wine industry trade shows to promote products and find new markets
