Manage relationships with key accounts such as City Mart, Ocean, Capital Hypermarket, Marketplace, Grab & Go, and other modern trade partners. Negotiate trading terms, including pricing, promotions, payment terms, and visibility agreements. Plan and execute in-store promotions and brand visibility activities. Monitor sales performance, shelf share, and merchandising standards in modern trade outlets. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional execution. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities. Train and supervise a team of sales representatives or merchandisers working in the modern trade segment. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
