This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role that involves developing and managing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating sales revenue by promoting company products and services. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development Assist to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual Provide support to employees in various HR and Admin related topics Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers. Overview Invoice and expenses management. Deal with employee requests regarding HR and Admin issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc) Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
