Responsibilities : Messenger, Viber Group နှင့် Call center Phone တို့မှလာသော Pick up, Complains, Inquiry များကို လက်ခံပြန်လည် ဖြေကြားခြင်း။ Pick up and assigning post man များ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။ RG ကောင်တာတွင် လာအပ်သော ပါဆယ်အထုပ်များ လက်ခံ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။ Customer's complainများဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း၊ Customers request များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနများသို့ အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီ ပြန်လည်သတင်းပေးပို့ခြင်း။ မြန်မာ့ စာတိုက်ဖြင့်ပို့ထားသော ပါဆယ်ထုပ်များ၏ အခြေအနေ များကို စစ်ဆေး သတင်းပို့ခြင်း။ Daily report and pick up list များထည့်သွင်းခြင်း။
• Research, collect and analyze client data • Meet and exceed sales volume target • Make sales call and visit to client • Negotiating with client for commitments • Ability to explain client complaints and send correspondence in a professional manner • Follow-ups closely with client and collect the feedback to report • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential clients • Cooperation and supporting another various department to build good communication and to achieve client satisfaction • Assist all Sales & Marketing process
