Design and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and materials bill of quantities required for the projects Keep track of, monitor, and ensure timely submission of shop drawings, materials, and as-built drawings Coordinate with the clients, contractor, and other trade contractors on combined services drawings and resolve any clashes prior to construction Check M&E drawings against architectural and structural drawings and produce RFIs Review M&E shop drawings for discrepancies and design issues Coordinate with architects and engineers for design issues Resolve site issues with supervisors, contractors, vendors, and related third parties Monitor work progress, quality, workmanship, and material usages Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between M&E subcontractors during construction. Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of the M&E change work order. Ensure that M&E subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation/records.
