Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor individual sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to sales staff. Handle and resolve issues or conflicts among sales staff promptly and professionally. Oversee daily shop operations, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product display according to company standards. Ensure all staff follow the shop’s dress code and maintain a professional appearance. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels and accurate product counts. Assist in planning sales promotions and in-store events to boost sales. Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer issues when needed.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports . Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and other financial statements. Oversee inventory-related accounting processes to ensure accurate stock and cost tracking. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax laws. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
