Manage and maintain executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel. Translate documents, reports, and other written materials from Myanmar to English. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements. Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing files, and overseeing administrative procedures. Assist with special projects and research as required. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
