We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Catering Service Manager to oversee catering operations specializing in Myanmar traditional cuisine. The role involves planning, superb management, coordinating, dealing with complaints, and delivering high quality food service. Manage day-to-day catering operations for related canteens, and orders. Plan and design menus highlighting Myanmar traditional food (e.g., mohinga, htamane’, laphet thoke, etc.) Supervise kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth preparation and timely service. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in line with regulations in the kitchen. Monitor inventory, purchase ingredients, and control food costs efficiently. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
