Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and local communities to maximize promotional impact.
Must be able to plan strategic HR (for supervisor position only) Must be interested in HR /Admin field Human Resources Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding (job advertising, screening, interviews, contracts, induction trainings) Maintain and update employee files: attendance, leave, personal data, appraisals, etc. Manage performance evaluation processes—probation reviews, annual KPIs, promotions Handle employee relations: grievances, disciplinary actions, exit interviews Draft and issue HR letters: contracts, warnings, resignation confirmations Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company rules in compliance with Myanmar labour law Support payroll operations: attendance verification, SSB contributions, allowances—coordinate with finance Administration & Facilities (If not have experience, the company shall provide training) Oversee office management: procurement of stationery, fixed assets; liaising with suppliers Manage workplace environment: cleaning, sanitation, security, vehicle scheduling, car maintenance, fuel usage Assist travel logistics: visas, NRC or passports, hotel bookings, transportation for staff Maintain filing systems, incoming/outgoing documents, internal notices Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff engagement initiatives Reporting & Compliance Prepare HR and admin reporting: staff turnover, attendance metrics, payroll statistics (monthly/quarterly/yearly) Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards Support ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
