- Display an awareness of other local tax laws that may have a bearing on the tax problem at hand Manage a team of junior team members and professional staff - Manage the maintenance of essential tax records, reports and files - Dealing with External Auditor to audit report complete - Keeping up to date with changes to legislation and relating to Income Tax and Tax Administration as well as new developments in regulations and case law - Facilitate teamwork by sharing knowledge with others on a regular basis - Manage tax compliance by ensuring complete and accurate tax filings, approve tax payments and ensure tax reports are made within the prescribed time (MTO 2, 3, 4) - Ensured compliance with Myanmar Taxation Law by managing tax clearance processes (SSB, PIT, CT, IT, WHT) and annual tax returns with IRD website - Managed company necessary documents related to DICA (Company Registration, Annual Return, Share Transfer, etc.) - Provide tax advice to other functions on the tax impact of issues confronting the company
- Assigning roles to various members of the junior auditors . - Developing strategies for junior auditors to improve their work outputs. - Checking the findings of the operation audit. - Prepare and maintain audit work papers. - Planning and reviewing the audit activities. - Assisting in the auditing process as and when required. - Reporting auditing issues and assisting in resolving them. - Prepare written audit reports of observations,recommendations and coordinate audit responses. - Documenting and sending reports to the audit manager - Submitting audits and reports in a timely manner for further analysis by management.
