Position Summary Core Banking & Database Administrator is responsible to assist MIS function for monitoring, reporting, installing, upgrading and troubleshooting the information systems of SPN and security of databases, report to the manager and support all staff who involving in MIS system to perform their work effectively. We expect to better serve the microfinance operations, Core banking systems implementation, Data center implementation and the microfinance's customer needs. Duties and Responsibilities of Core Banking & Database Administrator Prepares reports and reviews on request change on quarterly basic. Maintains new branch in system. Maintains security user and role access system. Maintains new products with the specific requirements. Parameter or functional update for product requirement. Finds the issues, system test and solving in system. Daily support branches users. Maintain system and periodic review on parameter/functions. Periodic review on user access function and analyze on data entry process by system. Provides technical support and administration function of the database systems, including configuration, upgrading monitoring and supporting end users. Manages data Warehouse to support business operation. Assist to evaluate and recommend server and database platform. Controls and monitors daily, weekly and monthly data backup. Monthly database collection and management for users checking, and monthly database consolidation.
The Core Banking System & Database Administrator Unit Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the core banking system, user access controls, and database infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: Managing system changes, new branches, products, parameters, and user access. Troubleshooting issues, providing daily support to branch users, and conducting periodic system reviews. Administering databases: setup, upgrades, performance monitoring, backups, and consolidation. Supporting report development and managing the data warehouse for business operations. Leading IT-related projects from planning to implementation and providing technical reports. Coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of services and managing contracts. Delivering staff training, documentation, and promoting compliance with IT policies and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities of Data Center & Network Administration Unit Officer Responsible for managing daily operations of data centers, including server and storage systems, network infrastructure, and security components. Duties include hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance; troubleshooting with internal/external support; ensuring system uptime and data protection; managing backups and disaster recovery; and maintaining critical equipment like UPS and fire protection systems. Supports network performance, access controls, DNS, firewalls, routers, and VPNs. Maintains inventory, documentation, and ensures optimal network performance. Acts as a reliable team player and continuous learner.
