Responsible for the sales of medical products. Explain about the products to clients Send the product samples to the clients according to their requirements and approval from the supervisors or seniors Execute the sale process as instructed Continuous communication with the supervisor on the daily basis Collect the money with invoice from customers Produce daily report and send it to supervisors Communicate with supervisors regarding the daily route status Finding new or potential client and maintain the relationship with the current clients Myanmar Version, ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ ထုတ်ကုန်များ ရောင်းချမှုတွင် တာဝန်ယူရမည်၊ ဖောက်သည်များအား ထုတ်ကုန်များအကြောင်း ရှင်းပြရမည်။ ထုတ်ကုန်နမူနာများကို ၎င်းတို့၏လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် supervisors or seniors များထံမှ ခွင့်ပြုချက်နှင့်အညီ ဖောက်သည်များထံ ပေးပို့ရမည်။ ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်း ရောင်းချခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and solutions; recommending profit and service improvements. Following up with past customers and cross selling products. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Training process to new clients and internal sale team member. Provide product guidance to the Customer Care team. Perform the repairment of minor products and regular visit to client for maintainance purposes. Customer complaint handling and trouble shooting.
Responsible for regulaotry matters of all the products Executing the FDA regulatory submission processes Resposible for preparing and submitting required documents to Health Authorities (HA) regarding variations, notifications, registrations and renewals Following up with HA on the progress of submitted cases Investigating regulatory impacts and requirements with HA according to the principals’ queries Responsible for quality assurance activities Reviewing company practices and providing advice on changes to systems Undertaking and managing internal regulatory inspections Undertaking pre-sales and routine checks to hospitals, clinics and pharmacies for QA matters Providing pre-employment and routine training regarding products knowledge and QA policies and procedures.
