Job Title: Program Manager The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation, coordination, and administration of the new Program at the school. This includes academic planning, stakeholder communication, student support, record keeping, liaison with affiliated partners, and integration of the program into the broader school ecosystem. The role also includes general office administration and marketing duties to ensure smooth operations of the academic department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Management & Delivery Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the New Program. Ensure the program is delivered according to quality standards, curriculum structure, and assessment requirements. Organise academic schedules, timetables, and classroom assignments modules. Support and liaise with lecturers/instructors delivering the program. Oversee student registration, attendance tracking, and academic progress monitoring. Ensure timely procurement and distribution of course materials, textbooks, and resources. Monitor and report on student performance and engagement to senior leadership. 2. Liaison and Compliance Act as the primary point of contact with affiliated partner, ensuring compliance with program standards and updates. Prepare and submit required reports, records, and academic documentation to the department concerned. Facilitate approval inspections, quality audits, and accreditation reviews. Ensure adherence to center’s academic integrity policies and student assessment guidelines. 3. Student & Parent Engagement Serve as a key liaison for students and their families. Coordinate student orientation, academic advising, and progress consultations. Address student concerns, provide guidance, and facilitate resolution of academic issues. Support pathways counseling for students progressing to international universities. 4. Office Administration Perform general office administrative tasks related to the program, including maintaining student files, updating records, and managing documentation.
