To be responsible for the administrative support aspects of Chindwin Technological University of programs. Communication and coordination with students, students' parents and teachers. Checking students' assignments. Planning the school activities of the programmme. Submitting daily report to Center Manger.
Responsible for new students recruitment and old students retention. To meet the monthly target of student recruitment. Making arrangements for students and parents to come and study. Answering phone calls from students and parents.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Create images and layouts using design software. Test graphics across various media. Amend designs after feedback. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design. Report to the marketing Manager on all milestones and feedback.
Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout). Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
