Key responsibilities: Part of Procurement team responsible for all procurement activities including materials and services required for efficient operations of Sembcorp Myingyan Power Plant. The role will require active participation including sourcing activities, supplier management, cost management, business process improvement among other responsibilities as briefly described below. Business Partnering Actively engaging business stakeholders, translate business requirements to sourcing strategies to deliver business requirements. Understand business priorities and guide stakeholders to propose and execute the operational strategies with consideration to risk mitigation and governance. Work with business stakeholders to provide support to drive compliance to Sembcorp policies. Sourcing & Contract Management Perform Source to Contract process, lead and perform negotiations with suppliers. Leading RFx creation/management, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, and contract management (cost, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs, etc.). Supplier Management Perform Vendor-Prequalification Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluation and establish Preferred Supplier List jointly with business stakeholders by relationship management so as to deliver maximum productivity benefits. Cost management Ability to analyze total cost of acquisitions/ownership and provide optimum value to business. Deliver cost saving goals, delivering value beyond savings. Business Process improvement Ability to work with business to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the process. Any other duties assigned by Manager.
Responsibilities Plan and supervise the team in the execution of preventive, corrective maintenance programs within schedule and cost, and in compliance with company's and regulatory standards and requirements, and meeting customer’s expectations. Good knowledge and experience of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of MV/LV switch gears, HV/LV motors, 230KV SF6CB, 21 KV GCB, VFD’s MOVs, HVAC, overhead crane, battery charger & UPS, transformers, electrical protection systems, static frequency converter and static excitation system etc. Troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure. Develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant before executing maintenance activities. Establish and maintain a proper documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes. Engage stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arises in the plant. Assist the section head to identify, plan & review the training needs of the section. Assist the section head to review and identify spare requirements classifying under Strategic or Inventory spare as record monthly. Prepare, monitor, control of maintenance budget and report quarterly budget status to RO. Able to deal directly to vendor and contractor as technical issue, T&C and provide the solution to team and procurement team. Well coordinating and teamwork with different team members. Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day field operation of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Balance of Plant, Water treatment, Demin Water Plant, and Waste Water Treatment Plant. Coordinate with the Boardman and Shift Charge Engineer with regards to all related activities in the shift. Conduct the field daily and routine operational task including HRSG sampling. Perform condition monitoring during the shift to ensure that all equipment parameters are normal and within limits of performance and enter periodic readings in log sheets. Coordinate with Shift Charge Engineer and Boardman for implementation of equipment isolation and normalization in accordance to PTW and LOTO System. Operate the plant with adherence to Safe Operation Procedures, as well as compliance to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols. Maintain record of operational activities and operational consumables. Raise maintenance request in SAP system for equipment malfunction.
