- ဈေးကွက်ချဲ့ထွင်ရန်နှင့် New Customer ရရှိရန်အတွက် လမ်းညွှန်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ - Sales Target ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။ - Way Plan စီမံနိုင်ရပါမည်။ - Management Skill ကောင်းရမည်။ - Monthly, Yearly Target Plan အရ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး အထက်လူကြီးအား Report ကောင်းမွန်စွာ တင်ပြနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ - လိုအပ်ပါက တခါတရံ နယ်ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရပါမည်။ - ကားမောင်းနိုင်ရမည် ။

Provides valuable insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences. Responsible to manage distribution channel and to drive in order to achieve setting KPIs and exceed revenue targets. To collect market information and do periodical report Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Make a permanent journal plan (route plan) / Monitor, Check and Track TSE Daily Route Plan Ensure the achievement of its work plan built according to the company’s procedure Implement the company’s strategies in responsible sales territory Supervise SA’s business operating in the assigned area-sales and distribution activities. Supervise and manage the activities of SA’ sale team Provide training/coaching to SA’ sale team Develop monthly sales plan from the quota set for the sales territory and identify ways to achieve the targets Coordinate with Regional Sales Head to enhance sales performance Handle complaints & problem
