Essential Duties and Responsibilities; Provide administrative support to the business teams, including scheduling meetings, appointments, data entry, manage filing and email correspondence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. Maintain and update databases, records, and files for easy retrieval of information. Assist in planning and organizing business events, conferences, and other business-related activities. Conduct research and gather information to support business decision-making. Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
