Job Descriptions; Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected and complied Ensure to monitor and mentor the senior & junior accountants Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations. Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenue. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as P & L, Balance Sheet & Trail Balance and ensure timely closing of accounts Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries Able to have analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills Able to finish the reports & tasks are assigned by BOD or management within deadline Understanding of up to date Myanmar Corporate Laws, Taxes & Regulations
