Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices, payments, and collections. Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system. Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures. Support the senior accounting staff with audits, tax filings, and other financial projects. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
