Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations , including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff , setting clear workflows and ensuring high productivity. Manage inventory control : to ensure accuracy and availability, conducting regular stock counts and implementing inventory management systems. Implement and enforce all safety and security protocols , ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting safety drills. Coordinate with cross-functional teams : like procurement and sales to align on inventory levels, order processing, and fulfillment goals. Ensure the efficient and timely fulfillment of orders , minimizing picking errors and optimizing shipping and receiving processes. Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities , ensuring all machinery and tools are in good working order. Analyze performance metrics : to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing stock : to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain good talent. Manage Monthly payroll and bonuses for all employees. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program. Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed. Report to management and provide decision supporting through HR Metrics. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devise ways to streamline processes. Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air con, copier, printer and other office equipment. Handle invoicing and payment processing for monthly rental fees, monthly rental overtime charges, and fuel expenses. Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs.
