Oversees to receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Adhere to warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements. Initiate, co-ordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols. Manages stock control and reconciling with data storage system. Preparation of annual budget, scheduling expenditures & analyzing variances. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching and motivating employees. Retaining of staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining; planning, monitoring & appraisal. Maintain standards of health, safety and hygiene. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Manage operational areas and resources on daily warehouse activities. Communicate with operation team leader daily on priority orders or ad-hoc request by customers. Plan and organize cycle count weekly or monthly and yearly stock take preparation as accordingly by customers Be fully responsible for training warehouse team members and improve team productivity continuously. Provide training and conduct performance evaluation of warehouse team members as needed. Ensure all warehouse operations process is compliance to policies. Review all inbound outbound handling activities and update accordingly to customers requirement. Review SOPs, operations, and the level of implementation and adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure that warehousing SOPs are being adhered to at all times.Overall responsibility for Warehouse, Sales and Logistics operations
